Hey, everyone! I'm new to the Polycom family of products, so I'm hoping someone can help me out. We purchased two new CX700 and they came with Firmware v1.0.522.34. We're currently running Lync Enterprise Server 2013, and I've read online about how you can't jump right to the latest firmware; you have to go to CU June 2012 (CU5) first ( So I did that and Lync Control Panel has version 4.0.7577.4066 as the approved version for the CX700.
However, the handset still doesn't seem able to update properly. It still continues to show a 'Last Update Status' of '(0x2ee7/0).'
